Hi! I am Cosco, a friendly and independent boy looking for a forever home.

I arrived at Luna’s Safe Haven in 2022 with an amputated leg and a whole lot of sadness in my eyes. My owner had hit me with his car. I was so badly hurt, my owner decided to euthanize me. Luckily the vet asked Luna for help. Although Luna saved my life that day, the vet couldn’t save my leg.

It might surprise you, especially if you haven’t seen many three-legged dogs like me before, but I adapted to the amputation with ease. I enjoy my walks and can really get some speed up when I want to! These days, I am a happy boy with a friendly personality and a healthy body.
