Hi! I am Perseverance, but you can call me Percy for short.
Each year, hundreds of puppies are born on the streets of Aruba. Many face overwhelming challenges, and sadly, many do not survive. My siblings and I were lucky enough to be found by a kind person who alerted Luna to our suffering from mange. Their dedicated volunteers rescued us and brought us to the sanctuary for treatment.
Our skin condition left us bald and weak (check out the video below!), but thanks to the love and care of Luna's devoted volunteers, we have recovered and are now healthy, furry pups.
I’m a sociable and sweet pup who LOVES to cuddle! I greet my carers enthusiastically but am a bit cautious around strangers. I'll need some time to warm up, but once I do, I am the biggest love who likes to explore and goes crazy for belly rubs. With your patience and love, I know I can thrive. Right now, I'm learning the command "sit," and I'm certain I can master many more tricks if you give me the chance. Will you apply below?
